Bail is set at $2000 recognizance for a 35-year-old man who’s facing charges after being found passed out in front of a Manitowoc furniture store.
Nicholas Beaupre is charged with Possession of a Hazardous Substance with intent to Abuse, One count of Felony Bail Jumping and One count of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police located Beaupre Monday night in the fetal position on the ground in possession of an empty air duster can which he admitted to having consumed along with a backpack filled with multiple cans of air duster. After denying medical attention he was taken into custody without incident.
The lone condition of bail is that Beaupre maintains absolute sobriety from drugs and alcohol to include any hazardous substances used for huffing. His initial appearance is scheduled for September 20th at 1:30 PM.
