Two local high school soccer teams had games last night, with very different results.
First the good news, as the Roncalli/Two Rivers coop toppled Algoma 4-0. The Jets get goals from Jacob Hamann, Joe Witczak Brett Simmer and Thomas Augustine. Goalies Jack Hyde & Greg Oberbroeckling combined for 5 saves.
Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lincoln lost to Pulaski 6-2. Emiliano Cortes tallied the Ships 1st goal and Ivan Rodriguez added the 2nd assisted by Sam Meyer. Caleb Maes had 9-saves in net for the Ships.
