Cross Country: Little Chute captured both the Boys and Girls Team titles last night in the large school division of the Mishicot Bremser Invite. Two Rivers was runner-up finisher in the boys’ standings with Eli Gallagher the Raiders top runner in 9th place in a time of 17:19:35. The Kiel Raiders were 2nd in the girls race with Two Rivers coming in 4th. The Raiders’ Mikaela Helling was the individual champion in 18:17:81 with teammate Anna Gallagher placing 3rd. Ozaukee won the Small School Boys Division with Kewaunee 3rd and the Storm’s Cameron Cullen was the overall winner in 16:51:96. Manitowoc Lutheran finished 6th, led by Jacob Kanzenbach in 14th place. The Lancers were 3rd in the Girls bracket, paced by 1st place winner Brooklyn Luebke in 19:27. Roncalli runners wound up 9th and 11th, respectively as a team with Ryan Jacoby 10th and Libby Schmidt 14th overall.
Girls Volleyball: Manitowoc Lincoln swept host De Pere last night in 3-games by the identical score of 25-16. In other FRCC action, Green Bay Preble nipped Notre Dame 3-to-2, Green Bay Southwest also needed 5-games to defeat Pulaski.
Girls Swimming: The Two Rivers/Roncalli co-op won a triangular meet on Parents Night. The co-op won the meet with 121 points, Plymouth was a close 2nd with 119-points and Kiel finished with 55. Emjay Hilliker, Heaven Kohlman, Sophia Allington, and Cassie Hartwig led the way for Two Rivers/Roncalli with 1st’s in the 100-butterfly, 500-Free, 100-breaststroke, and 100-backstroke. That foursome also won 2-relays. Achieving runner-up finishes were Rebecca Weigel in the 100- backstroke, Kohlman in the 200-Free, and Allington in the 200-IM.
Girls Tennis: Ripon edged Roncalli 4-to-3. Winning matches for the Jets were: Madison Lamers & Madison Budysz in Singles, along with the Doubles combination of Erin Schermetzler and Ashlyn Dellemann.
