A prominent Sheboygan County company is requiring all of its employees be vaccinated by the end of the year.
A meeting was held within the Kohler Company announcing the new mandate to their associates.
After that meeting, a bulletin was sent out informing their employees, which stated that all associates will get vaccinated between now and December 17th.
October 15th is the final day for associates to apply for accommodation, with the review process expected to be complete by November 15th.
December 17th is noted as the final day for associates to get their second dose, and to enroll in Kohler’s COVID Vaccine program.
This mandate affects not only those on-site in Sheboygan County, but also those who work remotely, or a hybrid of the two.
Any associates that have their accommodation approved will be required to undergo weekly testing and have additional masking requirements.
