Nathan J Holly, 18, Mishicot, theft-movable property and criminal trespass to dwelling on 8/22/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentences are withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for eighteen (18) months. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Contact with co-actors as approved by agent; 3) Maintain full-time employment/schooling combination; 4) On count 2 only, spend ten (10) days in jail, under the Huber Law, to commence on 11-23-21 by 6:00 p.m. 5) Pay costs of action; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Submit DNA sample. Court finds that defendant will benefit and society will not be harmed by expungement of record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence.
