Two tennis flights from Manitowoc Lincoln High School will prepare this week for the WIAA Individual State Girls Tennis Tournament.
Olivia Minikel enters the tourney at Nielsen Stadium in Madison with a #9 seed in the Singles bracket and an undefeated record of 24-0.
Minikel opens play Thursday morning at 10:30 against Helen Hicks of Brookfield East.
Her Ships teammates, the Doubles tandem of McKenna Pleus and Hannah Dvorak, received a special qualifier with a 16-4 mark.
Their 1st round match will take place Thursday afternoon at 3:00 against the Menomonie duo of Anna Wheeler and Jaycie Luzinski.
The State Tournament runs through Saturday.
