Manitowoc Lincoln’s Olivia Minikel has advanced to the second round of the WIAA State Individual Girls Tennis Tournament in Madison.
She defeated Hannah Hicks of Brookfield East 6-0 to improve to 25 and 0 on the season. Coach Stephanie Henschel tells us Olivia’s next match will be at approximately 4:00 PM today.
Meanwhile, the doubles tandem of McKenna Pleuss and Hannah Dvorak are scheduled to meet Wheeler and Lusinski of Menominee at 3:00 PM today.
