State tournament play began in Girls Volleyball at the Resch Center in Green Bay.
#2 seeded Appleton North topped Holmen in 3-games, while the 3 seed Brookfield Central stopped River Falls in 5 games.
#4 Burlington also outlasted Kettle Moraine 3-2, and #1 seed Oconomowoc cruised past Oak Creek 3-0.
State semi-final action will take place today and tonight in all 4 divisions, including area school Howards Grove meeting Oconto at 11:30 this morning in a D’-3 match and Luxemburg-Casco facing Reedsburg today at 2:00 PM in Division-2.
