The Salvation Army of Manitowoc County officially kicked off their Red Kettle Campaign last Friday (November 5th) at several locations throughout Manitowoc and Two Rivers to help those in need throughout the County.
Lt. Jenny Moffitt says the need continues to be great with donations going toward providing winter coats for kids, toys for Christmas, food for both their pantry and a mobile pantry, emergency assistance, disaster services, and meeting multiple other needs.
Moffitt adds their goal of $140,000 is just a part of the overall goal of $370,000 to fund programs throughout the year.
The campaign runs through Christmas Eve and you can give by texting Manitowoc to 24365, Purchasing Shoreline Credit Union’s Season Pass Pin Partnership where they match up to $5000, scanning the QR code and donate to the virtual online kettle or mail in a donation to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 1867, Manitowoc Wisconsin 54221. You can also sign up to ring bells at RegistertoRing.com
