Bentley J McGovern, 37, Two Rivers, burglary (5-counts) and theft movable property, Guilty due to no contest plea, on each burglary, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of ten (10) years, five (5) years initial confinement, followed by five (5) years extended supervision on each count concurrent imposed and stayed. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for five and one-half (5 1/2) years on each count concurrent but consecutive to the sentence defendant is presently serving on 18 CF 24 and 18 CF 1615 to commence upo0n defendant’s discharge date after extended supervision ends. Conditions of probation are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA assessment and follow through; 3) Maintain full-time employment/ schooling combination; 4) Obtain GED/HSED; 5) Maintain absolute sobriety; 6) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 7) Pay costs of action; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) Submit DNA sample; 10) Pay restitution as follows: Misty Roose $17,410.01; US Bank $2,170.90; Ten Pines Car Wash $2,050.00; Paradise Foods $1,972.00 Mammoth Construction $1,885.48; Brandon Hornburg $600.00; Midwest Trading $130.00 and Kwik Trip $70.00. All cash bail to be applied to restitution first, in the order listed. Count 5 – Theft – Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of three (3) years, one and one-half (1 1/2) years initial confinement, followed by one and one-half (1 1/2) years extended supervision imposed and stayed concurrent with burglary counts. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for four (4) years consecutive to the sentence defendant is presently serving on 18 CF 24 and 18 CF 1615 to commence upon defendant’s discharge date after extended supervision ends.
