The former Paragon Partners property has been sold.
Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley has confirmed that the City Council has signed a purchase agreement with Trivers LLC, a northeast Wisconsin Real Estate Developer owned by Art Dumak, for $1.2 million.
This is the second such agreement signed by an entity this year to purchase the property on Parkway Boulevard. An agreement with AIM Manitowoc LLC for a similar purchase price fell through this spring.
The Paragon Partner’s property has been vacant for more than twenty years after being foreclosed on with Two Rivers eventually purchasing the property during a sheriff’s sale in 2019.
Few details have been released, but it is known that Trivers LLC has 90 days to decide if they want to go through with the purchase, and earnest money that was put down will be non-refundable after 45 days from the signed agreement date.
