The last call has been issued for project requests for the FORWARD Endowment in Manitowoc County.
FORWARD stands for Friends of Resources, Wildlife, and Recreational Development and was founded by the Manitowoc Unit of Manitowoc County Fish & Game.
The endowment fund will be accepting applications for grants through Friday, December 31st through an automated application process available at MantyFG.org.
They currently have five requests for projects totaling over $12,000 for this year’s available funds.
The actual selection of grants will be made at the Gift Committee’s meeting in February.
Leede research will again be coordinating the gifting process and aiding in filling grant request materials.
The FORWARD Endowment trust has provided more than $130,000 to outdoor and conservation-related projects in Manitowoc County.
