There was a fatal traffic accident on I-43 in Sheboygan County this afternoon.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s office says a northbound vehicle left the travel lanes and struck the face of a guardrail near De Witt Road in the town of Holland.
The driver was dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved, and northbound traffic on I-43 is being diverted at State Highway 32 near Cedar Grove.
No information is available yet on the age or gender of the victim.
