Amy Nicole Jandrey, 31, Appleton, possession of Methamphetamine and bail jumping on 9/21/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, sentence withheld. Defendant is placed on probation for a period of two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA and follow through; 3) Maintain absolute sobriety; 4) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 5) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling or combination; 6) Pay court costs; 7) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 8) Fifteen (15) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing forthwith. As part of the agreement the State has agreed not to file charge of OWL (3rd+) from citation BGN16654-4 issued by the City of Manitowoc Police Department on 01-06-2022.
Johnathon James Malyszka, 25, Menominee MI, Operate with Restricted Controlled Substance (2nd) on 3/18/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, $350 fine plus costs and blood draw fee, total $1,449 to be paid by 03-24-2022 or days jail for failure to pay. Alcohol Assessment. Twelve (12) month license revocation. Ignition interlock for period of revocation. Ten (10) days Manitowoc County Jail, Huber Law, concurrent with his current prison sentence. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
