Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and just-acquired Ben Simmons and Goran Dragic were missing Thursday when the Nets lost to the Celtics.
Despite a 31-and-29 record, the newcomers make Brooklyn a real threat to make the post-season and beyond.
