Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland has been approved for grants totaling $1.43 million.
The school was notified last week that they have been approved for the highest amount among all colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System.
This is an increase of $128,000 over the amount they received last fiscal year.
The funding was awarded to support key areas including a new cybersecurity program along with culinary and nursing programs, radiography, welding, and mechanical design programs.
