Two Rivers Police Department issued a sex offender information bulletin on Tuesday, updating the status of one offender.
27-year-old Austin J. Alexander was convicted in Manitowoc County of four counts of Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials and 4th degree Sexual Assault. His targets were juvenile males and females and adult female victims.
Alexander is a white male, 5’9″, 206 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes and is on extended supervision with the Department of Corrections until November 8th, 2023.
He will reside at 1709 Monroe Street. He is registered with the Sex Offender Registration Program and is also required to comply with GPS monitoring for life.
Alexander must also follow rules as established by the Department Of Corrections.
Police remind citizens that Alexander has served the sentence imposed on him by the courts and is not wanted by police at this time. This is not intended to increase fear, rather, that law enforcement believes that an informed public is a safer public.
Authorities note that abuse of any kind to threaten, intimidate or harass Mr. Alexander will not be tolerated.
