A small fire broke out at the Mercury Marine plant in Fond du Lac yesterday morning.
Fire crews were dispatched to building 17, located in the 500 block of West Pioneer Road to tend to the fire.
Crews noted that flames were found on the floor next to a machine that had spilled some aluminum.
No damage report has been issued, but it appears as though the damage was kept to a minimum.
No injuries were reported as crews worked for an hour and a half to extinguish the fire and remove the spilled metal.
