Area students seeking to enter the mental or dental field have an opportunity to receive a $2,000 scholarship.
Holy Family Memorial is inviting area students pursuing an advanced degree in the medical or dental field to apply for the Holy Family Medical / Dental Endowment Scholarship.
Six scholarships will be awarded.
To be eligible to apply, students must be Manitowoc County residents, be accepted at an accredited college, university or technical school, have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and also provide an essay describing health career objectives and details about the student’s financial need.
Any money awarded must go towards tuition and will be sent directly to the school of the award winner.
Applications must be completed by May 6. They are available online.
