Conditions of probation: 1) Pay court costs; 2) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 3) provide DNA sample; 4) any other counseling, treatment, assessments as recommended by the agent; 5) assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Departments assessment process; 6) spend thirty (30) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and upon order of the court; 7) maintain absolute sobriety; except for prescribed medications taken in prescribed doses; 8) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 9) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination.
