The brother of former First Lady Michelle Obama, Craig Robinson, and his wife are suing an elite private school in River Hills.
The lawsuit alleges the University School of Milwaukee expelled the Robinson’s two sons after the family raised concerns about racial and socio-economic bias at the school.
The lawsuit accuses it of racism and breach of contract.
Craig and Kelly Robinson say the school retaliated against their family after they made two reports last year about racial and ethnic stereotypes in virtual classroom assignments.
