Morales Jr., 33, Manitowoc, possession with intent to deliver/distribute a controlled substance on or near a jail, second and subsequent offense on 4/24/21, Guilty due to no contest plea, The Court comments and sentences the defendant to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of six (6) years.
