A Friday afternoon shooting in downtown Sheboygan has left a 17-year-old victim wounded and three other teenagers in custody.
No names have been released.
Investigators say two 14-year-old boys and a 13-year-old girl, all from Sheboygan, have been referred to juvenile authorities for charges of robbery and causing reckless injury.
Police say the weapon has been recovered.
The older boy was taken to a hospital for treatment.
His medical condition has not been released.
Local businesses were told to shelter in place for about an hour starting at 1:30 p.m.
