The Spring/Summer Commencement Ceremony at UW Green Bay is scheduled for this weekend.
The University says that 1,009 students will be accepting their diplomas on Saturday at the Kress Events Center.
In addition to awarding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in high-demand areas such as business, environmental sciences, psychology, liberal arts, nursing, engineering, and education, the University will recognize and celebrate graduates in four new programs.
Those include their First Nations Education Doctoral Program, Master’s Degree in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology, their Impact MBA program, and as we previously reported, the Rising Phoenix program.
Twenty Manitowoc Lincoln students will be getting their associate’s degree diplomas before they even graduate high school.
There will be two ceremonies. The first will be at 9:30 a.m., the second begins at 2:00 p.m.
