A 34-year-old Manitowoc woman, a teacher in the Two Rivers School District who’s accused of having sexual contact with a 17-year-old student, is free on $10,000 cash bail.
Rebecca L Kilps was arrested Tuesday and appeared for a bail hearing Wednesday afternoon.
She’s been charged with three counts of Sexual Assault of a Child by A School Instructional Staff Person.
Two Rivers Police say that they had received information about a teacher (KILPS) had engaged in sexual contact with a student and initiated an investigation which led to her arrest
Conditions of bail are that Kilps have “no contact with anyone under the age of 18, “no contact” with any staff or buildings in The Two Rivers School District, except for administration in regards to her employment status, she’s not allowed to travel outside the state of Wisconsin unless approved by the court and she is to surrender her passport.
