Three of four defendants facing charges in a Manitowoc drug bust appeared in Manitowoc County Circuit Court for bail hearings.
53-year-old Brent Boeldt of Manitowoc is charged with being Keeper of a Drug House, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Four counts of Felony Jumping.
26-year-old Kelsey M. Tolman of Two Rivers is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bail Jumping while 24-year-old MaryAnn K. Kisolek of Manitowoc. Is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A fourth defendant 36-year-old Nicholas R. Lohmeier is scheduled to appear today.
Police responded to a residence in the 800 block of South 24th Street Monday where the four individuals were apprehended and questioned.
Boeldt, who owns the home, admitted to using drugs in the home. and accepting drugs for payment for people to stay in his home to use drugs believing that his home was a “relaxing and caring atmosphere” where users wouldn’t consume a large number of drugs.
Boeldt and Kisolek remain in the County Jail on $1000 cash bonds and are due back in court for initial appearances on May 31st while Tolman is free on a $600 recognizance bond with her initial appearance set for June 9th
