Two male suspects facing several drug charges made initial court appearances this week with their public defenders present.

Meth Waste, Meth with intent to Deliver and Knowingly Soliciting the purchase of Pseudoephedrine, while 32-year-old Anthony J. Carter of Manitowoc is charged with Purchasing Pseudoephedrine on behalf of another to manufacture Methamphetamine.
Police watched as Bevan left a residence in the 1000 block of South 16th Street with a plastic bag in his hands believed to be full of drugs.
He proceeded to throw it into a dumpster, fleeing on his bike as officers approached, only to be apprehended a short time later.
He was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, admitting that he made the drug in his residence.
Meanwhile, Carter admitted to purchasing an ingredient, which he knew what it was being used for.
Both defendants remain in The County Jail on $20,000 cash bail each and have preliminary hearings scheduled for June 6th.
