Mesna, 27, Waupun, Vehicle Operator Attempt to Flee/Elude Officer as Repeater, Possession of Methamphetamine as Repeater, misdemeanor Possession of THC as Repeater, and misdemeanor Resisting or Obstructing an Officer as Repeater on 10/6/19, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Count 1 – Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of three (3) years, eighteen (18) months initial confinement, followed by eighteen (18) months extended supervision, concurrent with any other sentence defendant is presently serving. Bailey, 21, Champaign Il., possession of child pornography, possess/ distribute/ exhibit an intimate representation (2-counts), sending obscene/ sexually explicit electronic messages and resisting or obstructing an officer on 10/10/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Count 1 – Court reviews the Deferred Judgment Agreement and signs it for 60 months. Convictions entered on counts 2-5. State moves to dismiss and read in counts 6-10. Motion granted. Count 2 – Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for five (5) years.
