The initial court appearance for a Roncalli Middle School teacher has been postponed indefinitely.
36-year-old Gregory Melin is accused of taking photos of underage girls at a beach and possessing pictures that appeared to be taken in a classroom setting.
The photographs were alleged to be of the private parts of 7th and 8th-grade girls.
Judge Robert Dewane has recused himself from the case due to a personal relationship with the defendant.
No court action will be scheduled until a new judge is assigned to the case.
