A local 17-year-old male remains in the Manitowoc County Jail on charges of eluding an officer and obstructing an officer.
Bail for Dylan Thomas Mann was set at $50 cash and at last word has not been furnished.
Police arrested him in the early hours of last Friday morning after seeing him make a turn and squealing his tires.
When an officer attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle fled before parking in a driveway.
Mann, the alleged driver was caught a short distance away and admitted the vehicle had been stolen in Sheboygan.
A preliminary hearing is set for July 6th at 1:30 p.m.
