A 54-year-old Kiel man is in custody facing multiple counts of possession of child pornography.
Mark Dlugopolski remains in the County Jail on $20,000 cash bail and more charges are possible as authorities continue their investigation.
Last month, Detectives from the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office received cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the uploading of child pornography from a location in Kiel.
A subsequent investigation led authorities to Dlugopolski.
A search warrant was served and he was taken into custody.
