There was a shooting in Green Bay last night (July 19th).
According to the Green Bay Police Department, officers were sent to the 700 block of Chapel View Road just after 11:00 p.m. on a report of a physical disturbance.
When the officers arrived, one of the individuals involved fled on foot. Officers took chase, and shots were fired.
One person was hit by a round and was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
It was not explicitly stated who fired the shot that injured the civilian, but we do know that no officers were injured in the incident.
Outside law enforcement agencies have arrived to assist in the investigation.
