Relay For Life of The Lakeshore, held last month at Central Park in Two Rivers, has raised nearly $46,000 in the fight against cancer.
Event Head Sharon Wondrash says the exact amount is $45,955.11. The Relay For Life Movement is dedicated to helping communities attack cancer.
Wondrash says that “through funds donated, time given and raised awareness, communities are teaming up to make a difference.”
She adds “when we rally together in the fight against cancer, we can accomplish anything.”
