A former pastor in Outagamie County has been convicted in a child porn case.
Rick Haberland has been found guilty due to a no contest plea on four counts of Possession of Child Pornography, while nine additional counts and a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine were dismissed but read into the record.
Haberland was serving as the pastor for Oneida United Methodist Church before he was arrested back in February.
The investigation into Haberland began when police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
He is due in court for sentencing on October 14th.
