The legal team for the Office of Special Counsel has filed an appeal of Dane County Judge Frank Remington’s rulings.
Remington found earlier this week that former state Supreme Court justice Michael Gableman has done enough to purge his contempt order – but he also revoked Gableman’s attorneys from further participation in the case.
The office set up to review the 2020 presidential election was fined $24,000 and attorneys’ fees were awarded to the liberal watchdog group American Oversight which brought the suit.
