Bail is set at $250 cash for a 48-year-old Manitowoc man who was arrested late last week on his 4th OWI charge.
William P. Junk is also charged with one count each of Misdemeanor and Felony Bail Jumping.
Officers pulled over Junk’s vehicle after they noticed he was driving with a revoked license.
When speaking to him they noticed signs of impairment, including slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.
After failing a field sobriety test, Junk was taken to Holy Family Memorial for a blood draw then into custody.
Conditions of bail are that he is not to operate a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license and maintain “absolute sobriety” from drugs and alcohol, excluding any controlled substances prescribed to him.
Junk is free on bail and is due back in court for an initial appearance August 29th at 1:30
