Bail is set at $300 cash for a 29-year-old Manitowoc man after allegedly attacking a dancer at Exotica’s in Manitowoc over the weekend,
Willie J. Pichardo remains in The County Jail at last word on charges of Strangulation and Suffocation, Battery and Felony Jumping.
Officers were summoned to the local club just before 6 a.m. Saturday morning after learning that Pichardo and two others were in the upstairs living space when he allegedly became agitated at the victim.
She claimed that Pichardo hit her multiple times and began to strangle her with both hands. Officers found him hiding in the basement and was taken into custody.
Conditions of bail are that Pichardo have “no contact” with the victim and maintain absolute sobriety.
His initial appearance is scheduled for October 10th at 1:30.
