A disruptive defendant interrupted jury selection Monday and was removed from the courtroom multiple times.
Darrell Brooks Junior is charged with killing six people by driving through the crowd at the Waukesha Christmas Parade last November.
He is currently representing himself but Waukesha County Judge Jennifer Dorow has warned him she will reappoint an attorney to handle the case if he keeps interrupting the process.
Brooks told the judge he didn’t recognize the State of Wisconsin or Dotow as a judge.
He was returned to his cell more than once.
