It’s going to feel a little bit like basketball season by the weekend and the Badgers’ men’s and women’s program have done their part to get their fan bases excited.
The AreaRED Block Party was held Tuesday night in front of the Kohl Center. There were giveaways of t-shirts and pizza, and a chance to meet members of the men’s and women’s teams.
The biggest prize – depending on your preferences – was a chance to take a road trip with those teams during the season.
Coming up next is the Red and White scrimmage Sunday by the men’s team.
The first game brings UW-Eau Claire to the Kohl Center Sunday, October 30th.
