It was quite a sight yesterday afternoon on Manitowoc’s 10th Street Bridge.
A truck was caught on the bridge as it was being lifted for a boat to pass under just after 1:00 p.m.
Details of what exactly led to this incident have not yet been released by the Manitowoc Police Department, but photos taken by people on the scene show the blue truck was essentially vertical.
A second vehicle is also seen on the wrong side of the traffic control arm, and citizen reports indicate they had backed up while the blue truck did not.
