Jonah O. Carrico, 22, Two Rivers, Falsely present controlled substance as a party to a crime on 8/3/20, Guilty plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total sentence of three and one-half (3 1/2) years; eighteen (18) months initial confinement, followed by two (2) years extended supervision to run concurrent with any other sentence presently serving. Conditions of extended supervision are: 1) Assessment/ treatment/ counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety except for prescriptions taken in prescribed doses; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for same; 4) Maintain full-time employment/schooling/job search combination; 5) Pay costs of action; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. Any unpaid court costs are to be converted to civil judgment. Defendant has 260 days sentence credit.

Conditions of Probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain absolute sobriety except for prescription drugs taken as prescribed; 3) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 4) Maintain full time employment, schooling, job search or combination; 5) Pay court costs; 6) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) Provide a DNA sample; 8) Spend thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court. If the agent feels that early discharge is appropriate and the defendant is current on financial obligations the court will not object to early discharge of probation.

Conditions of probation: 1) Any assessment, counseling, treatment as recommended by the agent; 2) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, work search or combination; 3) Have no contact with the victim, Y.LG-M.; 4) Spend thirty (30) days in the county jail, under the Huber Law, stayed and to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and upon order of the court; 5) Pay court costs; 6) pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 7) provide DNA sample; 8) assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process. Defendant has credit for 2 days, if revoked.
Travis L. Besaw, 34, Mishicot, neglecting a Child-Specified Harm Did Not Occur (2-counts) on 7/3/21, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for eighteen (18) months.
