An 18-year-old Manitowoc man who was arrested earlier this week on Possession of Child Pornography is now accused of using a knife to force a teenager to perform sex acts.
Bail was set at $50,000 cash Thursday afternoon for Ethan D. Robison who’s facing additional charges of First-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Victim with a Dangerous Weapon, Two Counts of Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Two Counts of False Imprisonment.
Manitowoc Police were sent to a local high school Wednesday to speak with the victim, who explained that Robison went to the victim’s friend’s house to pick them up and proceeded to take them to Lower Henry Schuette Park.
It’s there where Robison allegedly pulled out a knife, took their phones, demanded that the victim’s friend get in the back seat then forced the teen to perform sex acts.
Robison told authorities that had handled a knife but never harmed either victim adding that the sex was consensual.
Conditions of Bail are that Robison have “no contact” with the victims and is not to possess any dangerous weapon.
He remains in The County Jail with initial appearances scheduled on both matters November 21st.
