Bail is set at $1500 recognizance for a 40-year-old Manitowoc woman accused of Retail Theft from the Meijer Store for a second time this year.
Shelly L. Gregory is charged with Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping along with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
A criminal complaint states that workers caught Gregory attempting to leave without paying for merchandise.
Officers also found the defendant to be in Possession of a syringe, some jewelry which she claimed to be a gift from her boyfriend along with two signed blank checks and another made out to her in the amount of $4800 that she claimed to have trouble cashing.
Conditions of Bail are that Gregory have “no contact” with Meijer and maintain “absolute sobriety.”
Her initial appearance is scheduled for December 5th at 1:30.
