Manitowoc Police are releasing information regarding a convicted sex offender who is soon to be released from prison and reside in the city.
22-year-old Dakota A. Raybern was convicted of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of A Child- Battery Prisoner, First Degree Sexual Assault Of A Child-Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, Fourth Degree Sexual Assault and Disorderly Conduct.
His victims were adult and minor females of whom he knew.
Raybern is a white male, 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds, He has brown hair and brown eyes.
He’ll be residing at 1118 South 10th Street on or before Tuesday November 29th having served the sentence imposed on him by the courts and is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.
Raybern is a lifetime registrant of The Sex Offender Registration Program and required to follow rules as put forth by the Department of Corrections.
He’ll be on extended supervision through December 4th, 2029.
Authorities release this information to better help and inform residents to make it a safer community and remind residents that abuse of this information to intimidate, threaten or harass Raybern will not be tolerated by law enforcement.
