Manitowoc County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer has ordered county flags to be flown at half-staff on December 5th for former County Board Supervisor Ken Swade.
He passed away on November 29th at the age of 83.
Swade was appointed to the County Board on June 15th, 1993, and served until April 2004.
He was elected to serve a second time on April 6th, 2015, with that term ending on April 7th, 2020.
Funeral services for Ken Swade will be held next Monday at St. John’s Evangelical Church in Two Rivers.
