Randy C. Breuninger, 58, Mishicot, possession of child pornography (3-counts) on 5/11/20, Guilty plea, Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of eight (8) years. That’s three (3) years of initial confinement and five (5) years, on each count, concurrent.
