The Dramm Corporation has officially unveiled its new facility in Manitowoc’s industrial park.
On Friday, December 16th, the Dramm Corporation celebrated with their employees and local leaders in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the facility located at 1425 Dufek Drive.
The building was constructed by A.C.E. Builders using frame materials that contain up to 74% recycled contents and has 26 solar panels which saves the company 90% on their yearly energy bills.
The parking lot also contains six electric vehicle charging stations and they chose carpeting that has a zero-carbon footprint.
Dramm isn’t done yet, as they plan to construct a 2,400-square-foot greenhouse next spring.
