Two people were arrested over the weekend in separate theft cases at the Manitowoc Walmart.
The first situation occurred last week Thursday (December 22nd).
Officers were informed that the suspect had fled the store on Dewey Street at around 4:30 p.m.
The vehicle was promptly pulled over, and the 37-year-old suspect immediately handed over a backpack and admitted that nearly everything in it was stolen.
She has been charged with Retail Theft and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Then, at around 7:30 p.m. yesterday (December 26th) officers were called to address another theft in progress.
The 34-year-old female gave officers a false name and ID, and was arrested a few hours later.
She has been charged with Misdemeanor Retail Theft, Carrying a Concealed Knife, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing an Officer, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
