2022 was a successful year for the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center.
The local agriculture information center welcomed more than 3,000 students from around the area for field trips and had more than 15,000 visitors overall.
In a news release, Farm Wisconsin noted that the “largest crowds formed from collaborations with other organizations sharing their resources and talents with our guests.”
The organization wasn’t just teaching people locally, however, as they also had a booth at the State Fair.
They were located in the Farm and Family building, where they say thousands of people learned about Farm Wisconsin.
Plus, many of those booth guests made the trip to Manitowoc County to see the Discovery Center in person.
PBS also featured the Discovery Center on their “Wisconsin Life” program.
Host Angela Fitzgerald was on hand in July, and featured the Center on their show last week.
