“Native Bees of Wisconsin” will be the topic of a virtual talk hosted by the Woodland Dunes Nature Center on Tuesday evening, January 17th.
The speaker will be Susan Carpenter, who is the Native Plant Garden curator and gardener at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Arboretum.
She is a graduate of Stanford University with MS degrees in Botany and in Science Education.
Her professional interests include plant ecology, ecological restoration, pollinator conservation and science education.
